I started looking for new skis a few weeks before my trip, and the prices seemed reasonable compared to what I’d been seeing elsewhere. The expert recommendations were actually really helpful and made me feel more confident about what I was buying. The only downside was the shipping — I ordered thinking it would show up quickly, but it felt a bit slow and had me checking the tracking for a few days. Overall, good experience, just wish the delivery had been faster...

Ordered a pair of skis from powder7 and assumed they’d show a bit more wear when I saw the box looking kind of beat up. Turned out I was wrong, the skis were in solid shape, just a few small marks like the listing said, and the bases looked good. Shipping was fine overall. Taking off one star for the rough-looking box, but the skis themselves were definitely good.

"Return was fine, exchange took a bit"
I was able to get the return sorted out, but the exchange took longer than I expected. I kept checking the receipt and the email updates to make sure everything was moving along. It did work out in the end, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked.

I ordered from Powder7 and the whole thing was really straightforward. The order arrived faster than I expected, the tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up in good condition. It was nice not having to chase anything down or deal with delays, especially since I needed the gear without a hassle. I’d definitely order from them again.

I don’t remember every little detail from when I placed the order, but I do remember being a little worried the skis or bindings might show up in the wrong size. Luckily, everything arrived exactly how I ordered it. No random swaps, no mixups, just the right gear. Straightforward, but I appreciate when a simple order actually stays simple.

"Good selection and easy to shop"
I had a solid experience shopping at powder7. They had a lot more skis in stock than most of the other shops I looked at, and the sizes were actually available instead of showing up only to be sold out. It made it much easier to compare options and pick a pair. Overall, smooth process and a good place to check if you’re ski shopping.
